We provide trained ushers, coordinators and field assistants through our sister company, The Events Academy, a NITA-accredited institution that offers specialised events education. Most of our ushers hold a certificate in events. Every team is briefed on site before the event and given their designated duties, from receiving guests and registration to room coordination and help desks. Depending on your staffing needs and budget, we can also bring in volunteers from our alumni and train your own volunteers. People are a big part of our sustainability commitment, and this work helps grow the events workforce in the region.
Our scope includes
Trained ushers: Ushers trained by The Events Academy, most of whom hold a certificate in events.
Event coordinators: Coordinators who manage teams, rooms and sessions throughout the event.
Field assistants: Assistants who support the team wherever they are needed across the venue.
On-site briefing: Every staff member is briefed on site before the event and given their designated duties.
Receiving guests: Staff welcome delegates and VIPs on arrival.
Registration support: Staff support registration and check-in.
Directing guests: Staff direct delegates to sessions, rooms and services.
Room coordination: Staff keep plenary and breakout rooms running to schedule.
Help desks: Staff run delegate help desks throughout the event.
Giveaways: Staff hand out delegate gifts and materials.
Volunteer programme: Depending on your needs and budget, we invite Events Academy alumni to join as volunteers.
