A dedicated Waridi team plans and manages your conference from start to finish.
Start your brief
When you appoint Waridi, a Lead Event Planner takes charge of your conference, supported by an Event Planner or Assistant Event Planner. At the start of the project we agree a workplan with you. It sets out what needs to happen, who is responsible and by when, and it guides every stage of the project. We hold regular status meetings with your team, send written reports, manage the budget and contract the vendors. After the event, we give you an event report and a full financial reconciliation.
Waridi Events has become our key subcontractor in Kenya. They have the ability to manage multiple deadlines and budgets simultaneously, and their turnaround time is quite impressive and consistent.
Waridi Events have extremely professional staff with extensive conference and event experience, and I would highly recommend them to any organisation looking to deliver a high-quality event.
Waridi has designed, planned and coordinated various events for me and has proved to be a trusted partner.

A document we agree with you at the start of the project. It lists every task, who is responsible and the deadline for each. We use it to guide the project and update it as decisions are made.
We agree the meeting schedule with you at the start. Meetings usually become more frequent as the event gets closer, and each one is followed by a written status report.
We prepare a detailed budget with you, track every cost against it and send you regular financial reports. Any change to the budget is agreed with you before money is committed.
We source, negotiate with and contract the vendors for your conference, within the agreed budget. We can also include suppliers you already work with.
Yes. Tell us about your procurement and approval steps at the start and we will build them into the workplan.
We carry out a risk assessment early in the project, put contingency plans in place and review the risks at our status meetings.
As early as you can. For international conferences, we recommend six to twelve months before the event so that the venue, accommodation, visas and programme can be secured in time.
