We plan every part of your delegates’ journey, from the moment they register to the day they fly home.
Start your brief
Guest logistics starts at registration. Our registration form captures each delegate’s dietary, accessibility, accommodation and travel details, so we can plan around them from the start. We map the attendee journey to find the points where things could go wrong and plan for them. We then coordinate flights, airport transfers, hotel check-ins, shuttles, help desks, accessibility, excursions, security and on-site medical services, so delegates can focus on the conference.
Waridi Events is registered with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner, and we handle delegate information in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act.
