Yes. We work with you to prepare invitation letters for delegates who need them for their visa applications.
Most African nationals, apart from citizens of Somalia and Libya, can visit Kenya without an Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA). Most other visitors apply for an eTA online before they travel. We guide delegates through the current requirements for their nationality, and our Nairobi conference guide has more detail.
Yes. We guide delegates through the eVisa or entry requirements of the host country wherever your conference takes place.
As early as possible. We recommend that delegates apply as soon as they have registered and booked their travel.

Yes. We negotiate room blocks with hotels near the venue, at rates agreed for your event.
