Grundfos Reach for the Stars 2026

The moment

Reach for the Stars is Grundfos’ annual programme for its top performers worldwide, run for twelve years. In May 2026, for the first time, it came to East Africa: around 95 international winners and their spouses spent a week in Kenya, with a programme designed by Live Collective and delivered on the ground by Waridi.

One week, four venues

The programme moved between four very different settings. The conference ran in the timber barn at Shamba Events, dressed with flower-filled crates and the Flow of Life stage. The gala dinner took over the ballroom at the JW Marriott Hotel, under a hexagonal light canopy with anthurium and thistle centrepieces in Grundfos blue.

Nairobi National Park gave guests a safari setting minutes from the city, with long tables under canvas looking out over the plains. And at African Heritage House, lit gold against the night sky, the evenings came alive with Maasai beadwork, carved gourds, shuka runners and kitenge, a live band and lawn games on the grounds.

Delivering through a nationwide strike

A nationwide strike in the days before and during the programme put transport, suppliers and timings under real pressure. Contingency planning and long-standing relationships on the ground kept every element on track, and guests experienced the week exactly as it was designed.

Six days on the ground

Working closely with Live Collective, Waridi managed the full scope on the ground: logistics, venues, transport, conference production, guest experiences and vendor coordination across all six days.
